    Bought rooster coque tails feathers from this company. These feathers are and have been eaten y mites. Called customer service and spoke with ****** and told her the issue. She said she never heard of feathers having mites that have already been plucked. I looked up several pictures on the Internet from various sites and she seemed to have gotten insulted and became nasty and rude. I sent her pictures of my feathers and insisted that the damaged feathers were from length and packing. I bought 750 feathers and my project is ruined. She didn't offer a solution just kept on being nasty/rued. Said we passed the return window so her words were "there ya go" and hung up on me.

    The customer purchased the ********************* which are sold by the 1/4 pound not individually, on 3 separate occasions.  The first purchase was in April 2024, then again 2 weeks after in beginning of May and middle of May.  The feathers are washed and sanitized, and Mites live on the live bird not the feathers, which are a natural product with flaws and imperfections.  Customer insisted because she googled it.  We have been in business a very long time, over 40 years. It is simple a imperfection on the feather, they are not eaten or contain mites, Our invoices state inspect merchandise within the first 10 days. **************** tried explaining, but the customer kept shouting and talking over the explanation.  But in fact all 3 shipments are past the 30 days for any claims
