    Bought tickets on 2/19/25 for $819.96. We cancelled the tickets on 3/25/25. They said they will post refund and still hasnt. I followed up with several emails thereafter and they keep on saying theres a delay on refunds. Not acceptable.

    This is a bait and switch business that has been evicted and had leases terminate all over *** they are charging customers almost $200 a meal, not delivering on what the promised meal actually is or outright cancelling events (they recently lied and said that an event was cancelled due to a purported gas leak, but when a customer called the hotel, the hotel reported that there was no gas leak but that *********** had been evicted).We went to the grossest event put on by *********** where we were baited with a product/service, then the location was switched at the last minute and we did not receive what we had actually paid for. We were not given an option to get our money back even though the experience that we paid for was not what we actually purchased nor for the location is was purchased at.I have e-mailed *********** for the entirety of the month of March to no avail. They were incredibly communicative while booking but are now ghosting me. The food they served was not what was actually included/on the menu and the location was completely changed without informing us.The food was moldy, wilting and gross the equivalent to Fyre Festival food and not at all what I paid for. I would like a refund from this absolute scam organization who uses predatory marketing tactics to lure customers in only to provide a bait and switch experience.
