I reached out to and spoke to one of the owners regarding a ************* Raw Edges Doll Chair. She was amazing to work with and gave me high confidence in purchasing used designer furniture. We agreed on price at $16K otd for both chairs, also she said they would try to workout delivery. I had explained that I needed to speak to my wife to get her thoughts and would reach out the very next day. Well, I texted and said I would take them and I could pay using my card or cash but I wasnt speaking to the amazing owner anymore I now was speaking to another owner who clearly does not communicate very well and made comments that were VERY RUDE as well very very unprofessional to say the least. I was so taken back by her attitude and the price increase which was about $2k more than what had been agreed. I work with artist and designers all the time when my wife and I are renovating a luxury home so I kinda expect more when Im a very sought after clientele. Truly Im very easy to work with but this other owner who I felt should never come into contact with clients in store or through sms texting. This business should have exceptional customer service but its to bad I would have been a client that would spend a minimum of $250K easy a year if not more. My family purchases old luxury homes and fixes sales furnished. We do well over ***** homes a year. I would never ever buy from the nasty lady that has zero respect and doesnt keep her word! Stay away from this store! Now if the owner that spoke to me first would like to contact me and make the sale I would be happy to speak to her only. Word of advise, get rid of your partner she is causing your business to loose clients. Hard times a head for most in this economy its a blessing to have my wife and I as clients. For anyone looking to do business try to speak to the very nice lady, I never got her name. To the rude owner the fact that you said you dont trust your employees is very telling about who u are
