    In September 2024, we purchased a washer and dryer from furniture company by the name of Casa furniture now we purchased a three month warranty. before the warranty expired. The dryer broke. We notified them it took them over a month and a half to actually have a third-party company come out and look at it, it was determined The dryer had a manufacturer problem. we were unaware they sold us a display model once we agreed for a warranty extension and a switch of dryer. They committed a error again and send the wrong equipment now its almost 2 months and were paying for a washer and dryer and have been without service for a dryer for two months customer service Has been awful and has took a toll on my mother who is 76 yers old primary the owner of the washer and dryer We finally got The correct dryer With missing peace, which now We have to buy an attachment to connect it We need help with this company who is acting very disrespectful to customer quality and services

    Customer purchased dryer priced at $730 on September 10, 2024 with no extended warranty and signed a form acknowledging it was a floor sample. ****************** received a call on December 11th from customer stating that her dryer didn't work and she didn't know how to use it. The manufacturer was contacted but denied claim due to customer being out of her 90 day manufacturer warranty. Out of courtesy a service order was opened on 12/17 for a 3rd party in which they attempted to contact customer to no avail. On 12/23 customer's son was contacted that technician appt was scheduled for 12/28 due to them being out for the holiday. That day technician went to customer's home and nobody was there, customer's son was called and a message was left for him to call back. Call was received on 12/30 in which 3rd party service technician was also called to schedule another appointment for 12/31. Service was done and customer was offered a reselection with a restocking fee due to no extended warranty being purchased. They agreed and the authorization to reselect was submitted. On 1/8/2025 customer came in to do her reselection and the restocking fee was credited back to her account and the missing part was also given to customer at no further cost. This service issue began on 12/11 and was completed on 1/8 with the exchange of the dryer.

    We had not received a request for information for the mentioned account until today through a dispute via Experian. We would be more than happy to assist ****************** in finding a solution but no identification was submitted with the request to remove our tradeline from the credit report, if he is not the consumer on the account. We do require valid identification in order to be able to remove said information from a credit report. If ****************** would kindly submit a valid ID via mail or in person at one of our locations we can assist him with this matter.

    What happened is that I bought this set from Case Linda and I asked them you guys will send a new one they said yes, but it seems not because the one we received not even two days after we received it has been and ribbed and lint Its like I have it for a year and I called them five days later they send 2 persone they inspected. After that They said we can do anything with it because its already damage and Ive been waiting since than and I havent heard anything from them and I called them today. They said we will let you know either Monday or Tuesday. Weve been like that for more than 15 days. No action has been taken

    Customer ********************* called on 12/5/23 to report that the sofas are unstitching and our service department scheduled a service inspection for 12/11/23, the driver reported that both sofa and love seat are unstitching from the arm and seats.
     On 12/18/23 our service department authorized customer to reselect another item for the same price or higher because we no longer have the same item available it was sold out, she purchased a floor sample; a reselection was offered with no restocking fee, no delivery fee and customer stated that does not want to pay any difference higher if there will be nothing for the price she paid. On 12/23/23 we called customer and was no answered.

    Today we called customer and informed her that the reselection is open for another item of the same price or higher and if she selects an item for a higher price we offered a 10% discount, no restocking fee and no delivery fee and customer is asking for a 20% discount if she chooses an item for a higher price and the 20% discount in the new purchase was not authorized. Since we cannot satisfy customer with offer presented she can return the merchandise for a full refund, except the delivery fee.

    Solicitation harassment for purchasing furniture on my personal phone while on do not call and have no association and never request info from this company.

    We only send out advertising to customers. ******* made a purchase of a chaise on 12-8-2014. We use an automated text system and if he wants to stop the texts, he simply types STOP. and the system automatically removes his number.

    I have asked out text manager to make sure that his number is not on the text list.
