    **** de Zuma is run both by Apait and by ******. I was abused and harassed by **************** from ******, who is the Director of **** de ***** Apait did nothing to protect me or other residents at the time from the hurtful actions of Lakanda Horn. Nor did ******. Instead my complaints have been ignored by both parties and I have been shunned from my community and my friends because of it. *********************** has destroyed my life and the lives of others. I give Apait four stars, because I know people who work there who are very caring and respectful. They do great work for the lgbtq+ community, especially transgender people. However on that same end, ****** creates an hostile environment, where a lot of their employees are not actually tolerant of the lgbtq+ community, and are just in it for the money. No matter how many times I try to receive the compensation that I deserve for my pain and suffering caused by *********************** and her actions, I am denied justice time and time again. It is highly depressing that I will probably never see my friends again, as Lakanda Horn hostilities and lack of tact continues to keep progress from happening with this issue. ****** and Apait wants to put this situation behind them and to sweep it under the rug. I won't let that happen. I believe that even major corporations and their employees should be held accountable and responsible for their actions. I am not the only victim of *********************** and her team of close allies, and I most certainly won't be the last. But Apait has potential to succeed, only if they separate themselves from those who oppressed and abused us, and give us back what is rightfully ours. Our integrity, our unity, our friendship, and our access to our community.
