      My move was in Oct. of 2020. Every once in a while I look for something and realize that it was never delivered to me. I feel my stomach tighten and I experience a moment of the same frustration and anger that I experienced with the move. It truly was traumatic.When they arrived at my home in CA I knew I was in trouble because they arrived with 2 trucks, one was a rental from Budget! The $9000 estimate went up after a couple of hours to $19000. I genuinely felt that I was having a nightmare.My delivery in ** was estimated to be 8 days from pick-up but it actually was ************************************************************************************ where my things were. When the delivery finally arrived they brought only one truck and they brought with them very unprofessional helpers that they picked up on a street corner.They got angry at me for asking them to wear a mask, which was mandated at the time. Then one of the workers asked me how much I was going to give them for a good tip. My reply was that we could talk about it when they were done. He immediately gathered the other workers and they all left in a ****, and said that I was not friendly. My friend did visualize the truck and she thought it was empty, but many things were missing, and Im still remembering things that I havent seen since **********.I really hate this company. I hope they have had to go out of business. I have sent letters and they return it to me with unknown written on it.
