    I hired LAZ Trucking ************** to help me with my move, and it was an absolute nightmare. The owner **** is extremely unprofessional and didn't care about the safety of my belongings. As a result of their incompetence, several of my pieces of furniture were damaged beyond repair. Our damaged belongings include, Sofa, Sound system, chairs, They even scratched my coffee table, broke the legs on my dining room table and chairs etc. It was clear that they had no respect for my belongings and didn't take any precautions to prevent damage.To make matters worse, the customer service was terrible. When I contacted **** to report the damage, she was very dismissive and unhelpful. They refused to take responsibility for the damage and offered very little compensation of $300 to dismiss the case.I would not recommend LAZ Trucking ************** to anyone. Their unprofessionalism and disregard for their customers' belongings is unacceptable. If you value your furniture and want a stress-free move, do not use this company.
