      09/05/2022 package for delivery to *****************, in warehouse on 09/06/2022, 09/07/2022 departed from sorting center, 09/08/2022 waiting for customs inspection, 09/13/2022 customs inspection complete, 09/15/2022 arrive at *************, 09/16/2022 airplane in transit, 09/17/2022 arrive at ******** airport, 09/18/2022 processed at the sorting center, 09/18/2022 departed sorting center, 09/23/2022 waiting for customs inspection, 10/03/2022 stranded at customs and it has been there ever since todays date 11/28/2022, tracking number DL127398352710 still waiting on my package, tried contacting them ( what a joke ) I get no response was told I should receive my package in ***** days ( Shipping date 2022-09-05 Shipping time 18 - 22 Days ) I would like to know when and how I can get my package. I do not recommend ANYONE using this company for business

      Ordered two pairs of shoes from a website that has since disappeared. Tracking was provided for "Airboy Express," which is still live, but the pattern follows other complaints I've read here: shipping estimate is 18-22 days, origin city is Paris, package finally arrives in my local "city's" "customs facility," where it takes over a week to clear, and then sits in the "sorting facility" endlessly. No response from Airboy Express, and no way to contact the seller. I've definitely been had. Fortunately, I paid with Paypal so I've gotten a refund.

      We ordered sneakers from a supposed Square seller with the name*****************. The package was being sent via "Airboy Express" from Paris to LA. They charged my card. I received an order and tracking number ONLY after requesting one, which pointed me to "Airboy Express." Their "tracking" indicated that the product had arrived in Los Angeles sorting center (presumably somewhere in or near LAX) around July 4. We had ordered the product in early June. The package had been estimated at 18-22 days. This is certainly a scam, either the Sq seller or Airboy or "Nigo Clothing." Nigo Clothing looks like a very legit website, but we were ripped off by a seller on there, clearly. Others seem to have noted the same pattern: tracking indicates arrival in your country, then nothing.

      I made the purchase on May the 24th 2022 from a company called pop's burrito online that sells shoes I purchased a pair of Reebok Kamikaze shoes and size 10 got a confirmation was sending a tracking number and have not received it delivery service was supposed to be air boy express, I followed the tracking and still have not yet received any shoes when I look at the tracking number and try to find it online. There is no record of it it told him I was like *** some odd cents I just really like my merchandise or my money
