    ********* committed to installing a gate at my home and I paid him and when the installation was done I realized the locks were not functional. I have been trying to reach him for months on instagram and by phone. He has blocked me through both those avenues.

    Hired CP Iron Works on 3/9/23 and paid $1,000 check for deposit on two side gates for my home. My check was cashed. Have been unable to reach the business owner at all for an update on the two gates I have ordered. I have no idea if he plans on completing this job. At this time, CP Iron Works is holding up progress on my backyard remodel. Have received zero communication or update. No response to numerous voicemails, texts and messages left on Instagram as well.

    On October 6, 2022, after an onsite visit from ********* at CP Iron Works, I paid the company via ***** ****** for a deposit for 1 pedestrian and fixed panel 100 1/2" x 72" and 1 pedestrian **** with two fixed panels (5 pieces). Since then communication with ********* has been sporadic. Originally he told us that installation happens within 3-4 weeks of deposit payment. Then when he found out that we had a landscaping job currently in progress, he delayed delivery until after the landscaping work was done. He told me on Saturday 11/12/2022 that he had not started on the project since he wanted to wait to re-take measurements. We had an appointment for ********* to come to our house on Sunday 11/13/22 to re-take measurements. He never showed up. He has not responded to any texts or answered any of my calls.

    At this point I do not feel confident that ********* will follow through with our agreement. I would appreciate your help in contacting the business and having them send us a refund of our deposit. He sat on our deposit for 5 weeks without having started the project. All the while, we were under the impression that he was working on our project. I communicated with ********* that we are not happy with his lack of communication and asked him to give us our money back. I sent the company a ***** request for the refund. Please help.
