    I ordered a necklace, it was defective. I sent pictures to sales associate. He told me to return it for full refund and now they have the item back and will not issue refund. This company tried to scam me out of $2000.00

    Customer has returned a damaged completely broken chain after months of having the product. They have also two credit card disputes open for chargebacks. 

    We advised the customer the refund policy was for new and with tags merchandise to only be returned. 

    We are waiting to hear back regarding the credit card dispute.

    Went to the website as a new business up a running a wanted to purchase went thru all step a provided info to be able to purchase from this company. Upon searching the site finally I found a couple items. Found a customer an they wanted an advertised 14k diamond bracelet 5.50ctw which was priced wholesale at 1,790$ I purchased that item in which i payed for expedited service didnt recieve my item on time. Got a refund for that. Item finally comes an its stamped 10k an had it inspected by a gemologist a the diamond clarity wasnt as specified nor was the gold. Spoke to suki who didnt seem to care to make anything right at all a the manager was very unprofessional a cursed me out an hung up in my face without trying to fix it an or make it right. They false advertising items an didnt want to make it right at all.

    To Whom it May ****************************** are a wholesale jewelry manufacturing company. We have on our website that we only allow wholesale customers to purchase from our website. The customer is a retail customer who purchased a product from us and provided no credentials of their business. We have accepted the item back and have provided the customer a full refund. 

    We apologize if the customer is not happy but we have done our part by refunding the customer in full. 

    Our site explicitly request customers not to attempt to purchase if they are not wholesale customers. 

    We appreciate the opportunity to explain and can provide proof of a full refund if requested. Thank you kindly
