    Hello Item: ********* Oil Rubbed Bronze 8-Light Pendant with Clear Glass My husband purchased this item for me for Christmas. We put the light up and once we started installing the glass globes we noticed two of them were broken. One cracked and one completely broken. We notified Bed ************* where he purchased and was told they contacted Warehouse of Tiffany and they were told replacement parts could not be sent. Our only choices that were provided to us is to take a credit of $8 or return the item! The light is already installed! We've searched the internet to try to buy the lights and cannot find them. Warehouse of Tiffany states there is a 15 day warranty. We strongly feel they should send the replacement globes that were broken under their warranty!!!!

    *************************************, ordered this item from Bed & Bath Beyond on October 31, 2023 order #*********. This is outside the warranty period, yet we have offered the customer a credit for the item or for the customer to return the item and receive replacement free of cost. ******** as refused to receive a replacement or credit.

    Please do remove this complaint from our records, since we have taken all action above and beyond to help the customer out.

    I am rejecting this response because: This was purchased by my husband (using my BBB account) for me as a gift. It wasn't until we installed it that we realized there was a globe broke and one cracked. The company wants to give me $8 to buy a globe they don't even sell! I cannot find the globe to purchase anywhere. If they can't provide the globes, then we will just uninstall the light and return it. Have them provide me with a return label.

    I ordered 2 hanging chandeliers from Overstock which turns out to be Warehouse of Tiffanys. One of the chandeliers was missing the rods to hang it from the ceiling. I needed them to send them to me - they wanted to charge me shipping which I didnt think was appropriate. Time has passed without a resolution and now they are want to charge me for the down rods that were never provided and have me pay for shipping. It depends on who I talk to at the company. I just cant fight with them anymore and want them to do the right thing.

    To Whom It May ************************ customer has purchased this item almost a year ago. The warranty period for this item has expired.

    None the less, the Warehouse of Tiffany is still willing to help the customer resolve her issue. In order to make sure the correct part is sent out; We have asked the customer to send images of the item where she is missing the part. She has not done so. Furthermore, we have not asked the customer to pay for the cost of the missing part, but we have asked her to pay for the shipping of the part. Regardless, in order to resolve this matter, we will waive the shipping cost and send customer the part free of charge. 

    Please remove this complaint from our records.
