    I had filed a lawsuit against an employer around 2015 or 2016, in 2018 or 2019 I got a letter saying there is a mandatory settlement and a court date. I had contacted this law office to explain that I couldnt make it because I was in ************** and wouldnt make it in time. They had assured me that I wouldnt need to be there and they will handle it, if the court needed to they would call me. Well time went on and Ive been trying off and on to get in touch with them about my settlement but they always claim the lawyers are busy and would call me back. *** tried through out the years to get in touch with them and still to this day dont know what happened. I think they are keeping my settlement for themselves and wont bother to contact me back answering my questions about this all. *** had a guy contact me but when I get into the part about the settlement he claims hes not the lawyer working on my case so he needs to talk to him and never hear back from them. Its now 2023 and still have questions. I didnt know what to do until recently my mom mentioned contacting better business bureau. Thank you for your time.

    I saw your BBB complaint.  We have you listed as *************************** and last time that we heard from you was on 7/22/2021.  At that time, you advised us that you are now back in *********** after a 2 year absence and you provided us with your new contact information.  The telephone number that you provided was **************.  My office could not reach you on that number and now that we received this complaint with your current contact information, rest assured that you will be contacted to discuss your case in which Baron HR (your employer) appears to be uninsured for the date of your incident.  We are looking forward to re-establishing contact with you and working with you to move your case forward.
