    The date service was provided 12/16/2024. The amount paid $315 for oil and transmission change with no engine light showing 12/19/24 engine light showing after they serviced car they paid for car to be towed to the shop and they towed it to a transmission shop to tell me that it was tcm and wear and tear and kept it for a few more days and then they towed it to another transmission shop were its currently there and have not paid to repair it.

    Hi ******,

    We have tried numerous attempts to contact the guest, but the number provided is not in service. based on the information I have the guest vehicle had been serviced for an oil change and transmission fluid change. the service for transmission was recommended based off time and mileage (service recommended every ****** miles, miles currently at ******) which indicated her service was passed due about ******k miles. When the service was being done, the condition of the current transmission fluid was notably in bad condition. Service was carried out and new fluid was put in. About a week later guest called and informed us that she was having issues with her car. We then had the car brought back in were we diagnosed the issue being her transmission. We then inspected the work completed by us and found no issue with the services carried out and had the vehicle brought to another Mechanic to get a second opinion. There they determined that the Transmisson had issues that were related to overall poor maintenance and not from the service we conducted. The transmission service originally was passed due for Maintenace by ******k miles. we informed her that due to poor Maintenace her transmission would need to be repaired or replaced. She asked for us to cover that cost which was declined due to her transmissions previous condition and poor maintenance.
