    I was a victim of the altadena wild fires and because of that, I had to open a temporary mailbox with *** as my address no longer existed. I believe I opened It sometime in mid January. On February 3rd I received an expensive package to my box, but did not have time to collect it. By the time I got there on the 4th, it had been stolen/misplaced. the staff were very unhelpful and it seemed I would be out $220. I called up there the next day to speak to the manager (which is the instructions I was given by the staff the night before) and **** answered (regular employee) and was so unbelievably rude to me and told me the manager wouldnt be back for months and I would just have to deal with it. another package unfortunately arrived and I sped over there before this one also went missing and encountered **** again where he was yelling, rude, told me "shit happens" when I asked for compassion after losing my home and all my belongings. The manager reached out once and I asked for a full refund on my mailbox which he agreed to and asked for my last 4 digits of the card i paid with then he never got back to me. I am after my $75 for the box since I used it for less than a month and paid for 3 months and the full price of my box that went missing. Its been over a month since my horrible interaction with them and they have ghosted and dont answer my emails anymore (which by the way I haven't been blowing them up, only 2 emails sent after they ghosted). I just want my money reimbursed for my mail box and my expensive package that was missing that cost me $220.
