    I hired this company in May 2023 to create a page for my boss. over the year i have had at least 3 different project managers. I hadn't heard from anybody since February of 2024. I tried to contact all of the contacts i had and all of the emails return as unknown/ None of the phone numbers work either. What a scam. they owe the company $699!these are the names that i dealt with ********************* *********************** ************************* *********************** ************ they did not do their job, the page isn't live. and you cannot get in contact with anybody.

    I needed my Wikipedia page to be updated so that all of the objections to it, and necessary citations, would be cleaned up. Here is a link to my current Wikipedia page: ************************************************* I found this company by doing a ****** search. I spoke with one of their representatives, and on March 9, 2023, paid them $350 to have my page updated. The charge on my credit card was from ****************.Since that time, it has been a constant run-around. At first there were many, many requests for further information, all of which I provided. They kept sending me updated Word documents to review, which I did, providing them with constructive comments. I thought that these Word documents were actually what was being done on my Wikipedia page. But, no. Nothing was changing there. After repeated complaints, some changes were made. Some of the images were changed, and some text was added. There still remains a tremendous amount of work to do. The Wikipedia objections still remain.Their pattern of work was to claim that all the work was done. When I would review my Wikipedia page, I could find little or no changes. And this cycle repeated over and over. Miniscule changes being made. At least they would get back to me with some sort of an excuse. But, since Monday, no more phone calls and no more emails. They have been totally ignoring me.It seems to me that this is a fraudulent company, that simply takes your money, and then does next to nothing, constantly claiming to have finished the job.Also, the person managing my Wikipedia page, both in emails and in phone conversations, seems to have a poor understanding of English. I wonder where this business is actually located--LA would seem to be an unlikely place.Some changes and improvements have been made over these past 6 weeks, but far short of what the $350 was supposed to cover. If they don't complete the job fully within a week, they should refund to me $200.
