I'd give this company 0 stars if I could. Absolute scam. I got a **************** plan through them, charged me $762 for first month. Salesman lied to me about the benefits I received. He said I would have PPO health insurance. That was a lie. Told me I'd have dental insurance. I had to be a part of that dental plan for 3 years before I got full benefits. He lied again. Said I'd have vision insurance. I had a vision discount plan. He lied again. Then there was some random coverage from Allstate that he didn't even mention. Canceled my plan within 3 days for a full refund. Due to a "system glitch" they never processed my refund. Waited the 7 - 10 business days before I found out. Called again to verify the cancelation and refund. The person on the phone said they would call me back and never did. Called AGAIN and finally got someone to call me back. I had to call 7 times to get ahold of someone without them "losing connection" (hanging up on me). Now I have to wait another 5 - 7 business for my refund. During that time I will hit my 30 day **** that I have to cancel and get my refund. I can almost guarantee that there will be another "system glitch". Absolute scam of a company, all calls are outsourced, and they do whatever they can to get your money and refuse to give it back. Discussing a charge back with my bank and getting a lawyer in case there are anymore "system glitches."

I was looking for quotes for health insurance and came across NYStateHealthplans.com. I requested a quote and got a call shortly after. After receiving the quotes, I determined that I couldn't not move forward. I was questioned about this and then I was hung up on. After that, I got a barrage of phone calls. Despite blocking the numbers, I answered one. They did not start with identifying themselves as working with the company and I asked to not be contacted anymore. They cordially agreed, but the incessant phone calls continued. This was upsetting to me since at this point, I believe this is harassment. This occurred in the evening. I called the number on the website to speak to a supervisor and I was hung up on again. I had to dig through their website to find more information about not being contacted. I filled out a Do Not Contact Form. The calls stopped after that so I thought I was done. The next day, I continued getting phone calls! I answered one and it turned out to be the same company and told them that I have asked not to be contacted both verbally and in writing. The person on the phone ignored me by continuing to asked me questions about health coverage. This made me very angry and had no desire to answer their questions since I was hung up on twice, and my do not contact requests were not honored. I was then connected with a "Coordinator" who completely ignored my complaint as well and still asked me questions about health coverage. I've pointed out that they're ignoring my requests and I will report this. I was told that I was being "abrasive." Now I'm in the wrong for being harassed, hung up on, and ignored? Go figure! The "Coordinator" used that word to end the phone call. I got one more phone call from them after that and reiterated that I've asked not to be contacted! Unbelievable!

Buyer beware. The company promises to email you pricing for healthinsurance options and asked for your email address and phone number. They never provide the pricing, they simply call you relentlessly. After submitting the form, we have received 100s of phone calls over the last three days from 100s of different phone numbers (so you are unable to block them). Submitting the form was a horrible mistake.

My laptop auto filled the info card. I inadvertently hit send when I was trying to X out of the screen. Within 30 seconds I got a barrage of calls. They were literally coming in 2 at a time. I had 7 messages in the first 10 minutes and altogether over **************** THE FIRST 2 HOURS! I told one agent I was not interested and to take me off the call list he kept asking me to tell him what I pay for insurance and that he had the best rates. Extremely rude. In fact I would say about 1/2 the calls were hang *** too.Not that it will do anything but I will file a complaint with the ************* AG's office.

I thought this was Healthcare.gov. They have called my clinic 20 dozen times in 2 days trying to sell me HC plans. Awful and they say I will be off the call list as I requested but "it will take days" Less than zero but not a choice.

Same problem and experience as reported with everyone else here on BBB. I was searching for affordable health insurance in a new state and ****************** This insurance company popped up at the very top disguising themselves as Obamacare health plans: Sponsored Obamacare 2023 ************ ****************** Act Plans coloradohealthinsurance.org ********************************************************** the company is QuoteLab using MediaAlpha as their marketing partner. As soon as I filled out a form to see if I qualify the calls would not stop. I was harassed with multiple calls from different numbers each day. I had to put my phone on silent because I was getting a ringing in my ears from all the unwanted calls. I did not ask for a call back. Trying to get them to stop calling I spoke to one agent who was very rude "...welcome to my world" and hung up on me, the other agent said it was ***** Care. The steps I am taking and suggest others take: reported the ad to ********** center (three dots next to ad link), posted here and will be collecting as much info as possible to give a detailed report to the ********************* QuoteLab is listed in almost all states, they don't care about people only money. The team at MediaAlpha are scammers and any company that would use them as their marketing company could care less about people.

This company needs to be investigated. They have misleading marketing practices and do not seem to be honoring Do Not Call Lists. I wanted to quickly look up information to do my own research and they asked me to fill out a form to access the results. Suddenly in less than an hour I received 30 calls and 3 voicemails. How is no one investigating this company? They should not be allowed to operate legally.

Absolute scam. This entire company is an elaborate attempt to circumvent the do not call list and abuse your personal information to a large network of disreputable cold callers. If this isn't illegal, it certainly should be.

Have a website pretending to be the *************** Act, I filled out my info because I wanted an online quote and then immediately 30 calls in 2 hours from 22 different numbers, all of which are listed as healthcare telemarketer on my phone. Do NOT give them your number
