  I used nationbuilder to host a website for me 3 years ago. I paid the monthly fee to preserve it but it isn't active. Now, I've been trying to cancel this thing for months. Because I don't have the email address anymore I cannot do it only. Nobody answers their phone, it just goes to a 'please press 1 to dial by name,' no possible way to get someone. Their website only allows 'support tickets', no billing issues. This is really a bad look that you can't cancel but they keep charging you. I expect this to be CANCELLED and a refund since I've been trying to cancel for the huge amount of time this took.

  I am writing on behalf of myself and would like to file a complaint against Nation Builder. I am the President of ********************** ********************* ******************** and we use Nation Builder on and off for our website building. This past year and half I started getting strange emails sent to my work email address from IT Businesses and banks and they mention Nation Builder in their email. few emails I would get from people asking how they can get job at Nation Builder, I am getting email from a bank saying they brought Nation Builder and they want send introduction email, I am getting emails from businesses asking how they can partner with Nation Builder they are IT vendor. I contacted many people at Nation Builder including a person name **** and I sent them all these strange emails and he told me and other people at Nation Builder told me they could be scams do not reply back. I am so upset that they will not forward these to their leadership team. I want to know how are these businesses and people know my email address and how they know I use Nation Builder? did Nation Builder have a data breach and these scammers got hold of people's account info? Something had to happen for them to know my email address and know that I use Nation Builder.Something needs to be done about these scammers sending me emails to my organization email address everyday I am getting sick of tired of these emails and Nation Builder will not do nothing about them.
