      The owner is going to replace the mattress set at no charge to me. We are settling the complaint.

      To Whom it may concern,

      Customer Purchased a Sealy Posturepedic Mattress from us. When customer called and told us her box makes noise , we have replaced her box at ZERO cost including Transportason, Delivery and Pick up to make them Happy.

      When customer called again and told us their mattress is defected and sagging on the side, we ask them to send us a picture and we will forward it to Sealy and request a replacement without any Inspections and Cost. ***** approved the replacement mattress under their warranty policy. We informed the customer the Good News.

      Customer declines and asked us if they can get a different mattress from the same Manufacturer and they sent us the informations on what they would like.

      We looked it up and asked Manufacturer if it is ok and get it approved it as well!

      Customer would like to go from a Firm Sealy Mattress to a Firm with a Pillow Top Mattress and our wholesale cost difference is $200 and we don't wanna charge anything extra just want to make the customer Happy because we don't have issues like this for the past 20 year with Sealy Mattresses.

      We did everything the customer asked and get approval from the Manufacturer at no additional cost other than what we have to pay to Sealy to get a more expensive Replacement Mattress they would like.

      Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you or for the customer but **** and our goal as always is to make customer happy with their request.
