    I am rejecting this response because:
    I have  emailed  LACOMs only to be dismissed. So I have already contacted their office.  This is evident in the photos I have provided and this is why I took the next step. They claim a 95% sleep apnea cure rate on their website, had me undergo several test ( which also confirmed I still had sleep apnea) and ultimately denied a revision surgery. I even got an opinion from another Doctor that they recommended, and they decided to not take that doctors advice. So what was even the point of going to **** Health via LACOMs referral? I had to also pay out of pocket for these additional tests and this jaw surgery. This is very unfair.

    My daughter has had a previous surgery in the clinic prior to this new issue. AT that time, a consultation was placed and that particular area of the tooth was also discussed. My insurance was charged for that consultation as well as a service rendered. Today, we charged again for a consultation fee. Why was this not discussed with the patient prior to arrival and upon arrival after being seen, the office can now charge us for a consultation fee?
