    On June 1, I signed up for Meal Mentor hoping to receive a custom meal plan. When entering payment information, the initial charge appeared to be free. Instead, I was immediately charged a $25.99 subscription fee; I assumed I misread. I was supposed to immediately receive an email detailing my meal plan, however I never received this email. I tried to access my account through the website and my email address was not found. I reached out to their support email, and within ******************************************************************* their system. They also noted the free trial and I should not have been charged immediately, but if I still think so to send proof of the transaction. I send screenshots showcasing my Paypal transaction along with the billing details and subscription information now set up. I did not receive a reply. I emailed again, stating my worry: I can't even cancel the subscription. They did reply to that, reiterating what they said in the first reply. Again asking for proof, I sent more screenshots. They never replied. I emailed again, even through a different email to no avail. This being said, the company listed on my Paypal transaction is Netpeak BG. I am certain this is Meal Mentor. I assume that if I somehow fell victim to a scam and that company was not theirs, they would let me know that. Instead, I am being ignored. I understand they may not have a direct solution to my issue, but they do not state this; I am only left with no answers. At first I didn't even want a refund, just access to my account. At this point I do want a refund and confirmation they have canceled my subscription. If this doesn't happen, my last resort is contacting Paypal directly and explaining the situation in hope they can help me.
