    This company tries to present themselves as a master coaching class to get you on major media, but the following actions have lead me to believe this is a highly deceptive program:- During the first informational call, they guarantee you will be featured on major media but refuse to disclose how unless you impulse purchase the $20k program over the phone - The contract indicates the satisfaction guarantee refund policy is conditional upon being "featured" on major media - After having gone through the entire course, I was told I was featured on major media, after having done nothing but watch a few videos and describe myself and my company - Apparently they wrote an article and paid $1k to send a press release through Accesswire, but when I asked is this different from a press release, I was told this is major media and that I am edified - I received absolutely no 1-on-1 training except a single 40 minute discussion when I disclosed my dissatisfaction with service I paid for - After that call they wanted me to join another program for $40k with a lot of empty promises and no concrete deliverables.- My primary concern here is to warn others that all this business is doing, is charging $20k for 45 videos that contain nothing new that isn't free on ******** then fraudulently calling a press release, major media news. They do offer a 2 ********** "coaching", but I have found that several other clients are not satisfied by the end, and bad reviews are flagged as illegal

    Resolved directly with the customer - refund request rescinded by customer.

    Our Program Leader spoke with him personally on 12/22/23 and he sent us a screenshot showing his request to have it removed (not just marked as "Resolved") from the BBB site as we worked directly with him in the middle of his dispute and resolved it to his satisfaction [see attached photo]. 

     

    With regards to his original complaint, **************** acknowledged:

    **direct from recorded conversation**

    - he did receive 1-on-1 coaching

    - that the Program is, by design, group-coaching dynamic and done with you, as described to him during his initial purchase process

    - that he had received his guaranteed major media, and went on to additionally be featured on Fox 35 ******* as a direct result of his work with us

    - that he was experiencing significant personal difficulties, and did not feel like he was defrauded or in any other way misled, but rather was expressing anger/lashing out

    - he withdrew his request for refund

    When we became aware of his BBB complaint (weeks later), he said he 'forgot he had posted something' and would have it removed [since he was happily resolved]; he subsequently communicated back with us on 1/2/24 saying that it had been removed; that doesn't appear to be the case (it's still visible on the site).
