    I purchased two cartons of Califia farms heavy cream I attempted to use it for my tres leches cake for a birthday party im going to later today so I pour the carton contents into the mixer I begin mixing with my stand mixer Ive used it multiple times for this exact purpose I spent 20* plus minutes mixing and mixing and it just wouldnt fluff up and turn into whipped cream I wasted my time and electricity and gas and money on this.The carton was in the fridge all night so theres no way the whipping cream didnt set because it wasnt at correct temperature that was not the case here Ive made dozens of cakes and Ive used whipped cream as the topping so theres no way I couldve gotten it wrong so I decided to check the reviews from stop and shop just so find out more then half the reviews are negative I really wish I had checked reviews before I buy from a new company Im not familiar with now I have to drive again to the store 15 minutes away just to repurchase More whipped cream I will include all the reviews from stop and shop regarding this issue with this brand {{Thank you for no palm oil, but...Complete waste of money. Absolutely does not whip no matter the method. I tried slow beating, fast beating, whisking, blending, adding corn starch, adding corn syrup, adding confectioners sugar. No matter what I did, it ended up just slightly thicker than liquid and eventually broke. I wish I could get my money and time back.}} {{Maybe good for cooking TERRIBLE for whipping!As many already said. We whipped and whipped and whipped it went from pretty fluffy straight out of the box and got watery as soon as we started whipping as the directions said.}}{{Whisking Whisking Whisking andNOTHING It doesnt whip. It doesnt whip. It doesnt whip. Is that enough characters?}}{{Very disappointed!I bought the heavy whip all excited to make chocolate mousse following the recipe on this site and absolute fail.}}And these are not even half the reviews this is unacceptable
