    On Friday July 21st I attended the screening of the fifth element hosted by Cinespia. I paid for parking and parked on site as instructed by Cinespia's parking attendants. After the show was over the section of parked cars in the area where I parked all started to leave. We were all instructed to park in a certain direction which when leaving we would continue in that direction. There was no actual exit to where we were instructed to park - at the end of the parking lot there was just a patch of grass and a sidewalk. People started driving over the patch of grass onto the sidewalk and then driving over a curb in order to leave the parking lot. As I was attempting to exit the parking lot as instructed to by Cinespia parking attendants my bumper was damaged due to the lack of attendant staff assisting the exit of the cars in this area. After my car was damaged, we found some staff to assist turning the cars behind me around only to have them say it wasn't their problem. The only way we were able to actually leave the event was because there were some police rangers who helped turn people around. It was clear that Cinespia staff were told not to help people exit the event but instead break down and clean up from the show. Due to the lack of oversight and lack of staffing of the parking lot at this event, I have sustained about $500 of damage to my vehicle and am requesting financial compensation for the damage. I have video evidence of the damage and how the parking was so poorly mismanaged. I did attempt to contact the company directly about this matter and did receive a response. However after the initial contact I have not heard back at all.
