    I wish that my experience with Terra Relocations was as good as what the other reviews claim. The initial booking part was pretty good. ***** was thorough & attentive. However, The delivery logistics part was a horrible experience. & Of course, it's hard not to bring up the first part is BEFORE they get your money, the 2nd part is AFTER they've got your money.Our delivery was weeks late without any proactive or clear communication involved from Terra. We heard belatedly that the truck broke down. That was after other issues. We heard repeatedly that delivery would be happening within hours & no delivery. Hours would go by with no updates & half bits of information. We were told they had no control over the delivery. Yikes! That's your JOB gents... We were charged extra for a small truck entry. I did not have a tape measure but that truck looked full size to me. & We told them repeatedly that our community admin said their truck would fit. I understand that things happen. But those can be opportunities for a company to show their integrity in what they can do to compensate a client for ***************** We'll, that is not the choice Terra Relocations made. Do NOT use Terra Relocations.
