      DO NOT USE this company. The only return calls I received were from sales. I booked and made deposit, called to confirm the day before move and no return call. The company uses contracted movers in your area and mine was not truthful. Mover suggested he would order enough boxes from their supplier for my move. Assured me unused boxes would be returned for refund. I believe they got a commission because after move would not accept return. Called main office and explained situation, promised return call in 10 minutes. It's been over a week and no response.

      Call not return - This can be very frustrating. It is our policy to return all calls. We apologize for this service failure. 

      Contractors - You are correct, we use contractors. Our focus is to provide excellent service to our customers. To achieve that we have found it is often best to use contractors vs employees. 

      Boxes - We do not pay a commission on box sales.
