  Friday October 11th: I called the company to make a reservation and was given some discounts for military and they were great Sunday October 13th : movers come and everything was already packaged up taped and boxed so they didnt have to do anything but take it downstairs, once everything was complete my originally partial payment was supposed to be $506 after I already paid deposit of $864. When he told me my total he said I now owe $2k this trip and roughly another 2k during pick up and my price total went from $1800 to $4500. I asked him to please explain this pricing and he said for his material like tape and boxes is 2k and then for him to pay his guys its gonna be another 2k. In there description it said materials were included and I showed him so I told him to show me the material and it was only 3 boxes used and tape for that which is no where need 2k. He had already loaded it all and started cussing and we settled for 3k total because he said the longer he stands the more hes fcharging I sent $1245 and told him that should be it. He left and told my truck was going to be places in ********* from ***** - which is what I paid for . The next day it said it should arrive Monday- I called and they said the truck is in **********?? I asked for my new invoice which they still have not showed me because they are scamming me and never told me why my belongings were in **********. Upon drop off they asked for another 864 and told me I need to pay if they wont give me anything . We paid and they dropped the stuff on the side of the road not even at location address. This was a complete scam and my paperwork has not been sent - its been over 1.5 weeks and they are avoiding all my texts and emails and calls

  I spoke with ****** to arrange a relocation from ********, CA to ******, ** that had to be completed on 10/5/2024. We went over all furniture and belongings at length and he provided an estimate of $3,195 - which I paid in advance. I was under the impression that the prepayment guaranteed my relocation on that date and the estimate was completed by weight. A week later I received call back asking for an additional $1,039 to lock in the relocation and ensure that any overages in furniture or belongings would not cause an issue or delay on 10/5/2024. I made this payment. I have paid this Company $4,234 total to secure the relocation and receive satisfactory service on the scheduled date.On the date of the relocation I learned (no prior disclosure) that 3 Brothers Moving Company LLC is only a broker and that the relocation was bid out to a moving company. I had no prior interaction with the movers that showed up. The moving company arrived and demanded an ADDITIONAL $9,500 to complete the move. This additional amount was altering the original estimate to cubic feet and the total would be almost $14,000 when I was originally quoted $4,234 in full. ****** of 3 Brothers Moving Company LLC provided a reasonable estimate to attract my business and collect my payments. The bait and switch technique is highly unethical and the Companys reviews speak to this in volumes.I refused to make the $9.500 payment and I did not complete the relocation with the moving company they had brokered this out to at the last minute. This business practice is unethical and unprofessional the demand of an additional $9,500 to even being the relocation.
