    I signed up for Net Nanny over four years ago and did not realize we were still signed up for it until I got a notice via e-mail about a month ago. I tried to discontinue their service but like most companies now days they make it very easy to sign up but next to impossible to discontinue service. I would like my money back for what ever they charged me over the last few years, but I realize that probably wont happen. I was never happy with the service; my son found ways around their "security" and I feel it was a worthless purchase. At this point I just want to stop their service and not have to pay for something we are not using. When I tried to stop their service I could not reach anyone. I have sent e-mails but they have not returned my messages. Could you please help me with this?Thanks *********************
