I had an office space with this company over a year ago and unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances had to leave CA and went back home to GA. Upon coming back *** tried to make several attempts to speak to someone in membership & in management instead this company allows their receptionists to answer phone calls and lies. So the last month Ive been more proactive with calling them. Spoke to Gabe and hes usually nice but today he was extremely rude told me he have other customers I asked for an appt to ************** he then proceeded to say I wasnt allowed on premises until the collections is paid. First off this place is office spaces they have an day pass option no other company business or store will tell a customer because they havent fulfilled a debt they cant come on premises as if thatll be criminal trespassing very discriminatory and will prepare to file a suit if they dont stop the shenanigans and injustices. So Im writing today to have it on file that Im being denied access to the premises over a collection debt which I have communicated with them about the situation and was told to call the collection agency who said all they do is collect the debts. So please email the clause where it says if you have an collection for a 1-2 year old account thats BEEN CLOSED and BEEN IN COLLECTIONS that youre no longer allowed on premises ? Ill wait patiently as I have been for a month going on 2 now

In May 2022, I became a member of Second Home so that I could utilize their co-working office space. On 10/24/22, I wrote to the following email to the management.??Soon after I signed up for a membership, my business and I began having unforeseeable financial hardship due to Covid. I've paid for a few months, but I've been to Second Home less than 7 times. I very much want to be a member, and 100% plan on either keeping my membership (in some form) or starting a new one (depending on Second Home policy) once I make changes to the business. Might there be any way of refunding me for 2 months? The reason I'm requesting a refund is due to the very low amount of cash flow. Otherwise, I would see if 2 months could be applied to my outstanding balance. I fully realize it may be a big favor to ask, and may include you having to speak with financial officers with Second Home. I'd be thoroughly grateful if you could consider assisting with a refund. If you explore it, and there's absolutely no way, perhaps we can come up with a creative solution. Lastly, if you need a profit and loss statement from my accountant, I can provide that or whatever documentation that would be useful or necessary. Thank so much in advance for your considerationOn 10/28/22, I received an email from the Second Home ******************* inquiring about status of payments. I responded the same day and sent them the same email as shown above. The ******************* responded and asked if I would like to cancel my membership and offered a payment plan. Prior to the 10/28/22 email, Second Home stated they would suspend my membership if payment was not made. On 3/29/2023, I wrote to senior members of Second Home proving financial hardship and requesting help. That email is attached along with all other correspondence.I would like to request that Second Home cancel any outstanding amount and ensure my membership is cancelled.
