My first interaction with Hildas Auction House was on the auction platform Invaluable. I usually hold myself to a limit preferably under $1000 but on occasion I go over it but never to exceed $1500.I won a few pieces but to my disbelief a few more were added to my invoice. The auction was on 9.8.2023 and with the buyers premium and sales tax it exceeded $20k. I tried to dispute these items because clearly they are not taste of jewelry. to. It was my word against hers. The seller has the upperhand since they bring more revenue to Invaluable than my 5% cut of whatever I buy. I didnt want to get barred from the site and always pay what I owe. I first tried with my line of credit line but that ***** demanded an ACH/ Wire. Despite my better judgement I paid it because she spoke to me like I was a fraud. After I proved to her I wasnt fraud. Looking back she doesnt like taking credit cards and pushes for a wire or ACH is so you cant dispute it with a credit card company. Due to limited space Im writing the main complaints. After complaining to Invaluable of not receiving my items in over a month, I get a *** package but only half of what I paid for. Took another two weeks to get the rest. I was not happy and wrote a scathing review of her on Invaluable. Weeks later I get an email stating Hildas Auction house was no longer part of Invaluable. She later contacted me to take down my review. After doing a ****** search I see more fraud complaints on Liveauctioneers.com , ********* BBB and 2 new ones invaluable. She tried to bury her negative feedback by making false reviews which were all from ********. ** . I got suspicions of her it i can exchange one of the rings I go a duplicate off. She got defensive which made me suspicious. After further testing and analyzing, fraud was throughout from disclosing the wrong type of stone, the diamond she put as a description was actually a white sapphire. She knowingly sold lab made and not disclosed it. Too many to list
