    I buy a lot of Honest products in the store and love them. But when I purchased several pairs of pajamas via their website, it was the worst experience! Dealing with their customer service was awful! I had made a purchase at the beginning of June and now being the end of June, I haven't even received an email that my items were shipped. When I contacted the company, it would be DAYS in between emails on how sorry they were but the warehouse sale had put them so behind and were working even on weekends to catch up on email. Sounds like a load of garage to me! After 2 weeks of back and forth emails with no resolution, I said I wanted a full refund and they said they'd get back to me. I submitted a claim with my bank. I don't know how a company can stay in business when they lack integrity and good work ethic.

    I placed an order on June 11. When I didn't receive a shipping notice within a week, I emailed customer service for an update. (I purchased the clothes for a baby shower and wanted to know if they'd arrive before then.) I received an automated response saying they'd respond in 1-3 days. They didn't respond. I waited five days, then replied asking for an update. They still haven't responded. I got a shipping notice three days ago, but when I check the tracking number it still only says that a label was created - so my items have not shipped. The shower I purchased the clothes for is this Saturday, and I still haven't received a response.

    Placed an order weeks ago and still hasn't shipped. When I emailed to inquire I received an automated email that they'd write me sometime in the new 1-3 days. A few days later someone finally wrote me and said the order was expected to ship in the next 3-4 days. Then a few days after that I got an email saying they are overwhelmed and my order should be shipping in the next "few days"....days later. Still nothing. I spent over $130 on 0-3 months size baby clothes for our new born ...and it takes weeks to ship, still hasn't arrived. Babies grow fast. Seems like a waste! Will not be ordering from them again...let's see if my order ever arrives.

    No response to repeated attempts to figure out why they haven't shipped my order placed 2 weeks ago. I've now sent communications to instruct them to cancel the order with no response there either. If I still haven't heard back in 48 hours, I will be forced to contact my credit card company to issue a chargeback. Very disappointing.

    Twin mother when we got honest company newborn we noticed both babies would have major leaks within 30 minutes of diaper change. When notifying the company no one ever responded. Months later I have 12 packages of honest baby size 3 diapers I received at my baby shower and 90% of them the tabs are either not on them or they fall off instantly. Being a twin mom diaper changes in itself are chaotic and the diaper quality is substandard. I called the company today and gave numbers on the diapers and was told that because we have no proof of purchase nothing can be done. We are just -out- the $150 worth of defective diapers. They did offer 10% off my next order which is disappointing. Why would I order more diapers when I have roughly 290 diapers that are defective. This business practice isnt very honest I might say. Would not recommend these diapers.

    Bought a Melon color lipstick, *****************, at a Cracker Barrel Restuarant a while ago. I loved the color. I did not like that the "cap" of it kept coming off in the side pocket of my purse. Ni did not like that when I last tried to out on lip color before going into church that the mostly unused lip color broke off and fell on the asphalt next to my open car door. I retrieved the fallen mostly unused lipstick and put it back in the tube. I just texted Honest.com with a request to "exchange" the product (I'd return the great color but poorly manufactured lipstick) for their review. The website does not provide meaningful 2 way communication. I opened a Request there. Still no meaningful interaction. Very disappointed Honest.com does not have Customer Support. Why buy? It was a beautiful color, but faulty tube cap, faulty strength of color in the tube. Just saying. *** bad I will have to find a replacement brand since Honest com does not support exchange offer as an opportunity to correct manufacturing faults.

    I had been a loyal customer until an order of diapers was not received but the delivery said it had been delivered. When I contacted Honest, I provided them with the delivery picture (which was the package against some random wall) along with 6 other successful delivery pictures from previous deliveries that showed packages at my front door. I told them that the delivery company they hired marked my package as "delivered at door" and took a picture but that obviously the package was not delivered. All Honest said was that I should file a police report and they would not refund or replace the items. I was in contact with customer service several times and they kept saying that since the package was marked as delivered, they were not responsible. So they ship out products and it doesn't matter where they are delivered or if the customer ever actually gets the product. ********************** doesn't care and does not stand by there products.

    Wow something is totally up with thie company. Their customer service is no help at all. Im so glad I cancelled my subscription. They probably got over seas customer service helpers when we got USA people that need work. Its just sad.

    I bought the make-up removing cloths, but threw them away when I discovered they were manufactured in China. I never buy products made in China if I can help it. I should have checked before purchasing. I will buy from “almost” any other country.
