    I have never experienced a more professional owner and company. The communication from Majesty Glass is always top notch and ******** (the owner) always makes sure we (the consumers) are always kept in the loop as to order status and shipments. The time and detail he puts into his craft is first rate. I have dealt with other manufacturers in the past and NONE come close to the detail and customer service of ******** and *********************************************. Clearly the review smearing the company is a disgruntled person who, if you read through the other reviews has been banned from various sites. Do yourself a favor and place an order. You will not be disappointed and will see just what TRUE customer service and beautiful products they have. I wish there was a star higher than 5because that doesnt do the company or product justice!

    A Collector of vintage Christmas ornaments for decades, I was so happy to see a brand new company producing new designs. I have ordered from Majesty Glass multiple times and each time the customer service has been outstanding - and the ornaments even more wonderful! The quality of design, execution and packaging is some of the best in the business. I look forward to receiving the additional orders I placed later this year.

    Very unprofessional seller, canceled my orders with no explanation. I never even spoke to him and when I contacted him via his contact us option for an explanation on why my order was canceled he never contacted me and band me from his site. If I could give no stars I would. Would never recommend this seller.

    The complaint dated 3/21/24 is pretty obviously a disgruntled angry human being who is doing their best to Slander Majesty Glass. I have purchased from Majesty Glass for 2 years and am a member of the ************** as well. *****, the owner, is an extremely honorable man and his company is highly regarded by the close knit blown glass collector community. I have always had great experiences in product quality, communication, customer support, and integrity with them. Indeed, Majesty Glass is a gold standard in the industry.The person attempting to slander them has publicly bullied members of these groups, shown aggressive, inappropriate behavior to Majesty Glass and it's members, and has dishonestly asserted that quality was sub par of this product and service. She is also on public record for racist and homophobic outbursts. These attributes are not allowed in the close knit collector communities because we all show each other mutual respect.As a matter of fact, the person with the complaint dated 3/21/24 has been banned from multiple groups for her inappropriate behavior which is hateful and rude. I know of at least 3 groups that she and her sister have been banned from for such bad behavior.If that isn't enough, she then started several private groups to further slander Majesty Glass and it's followers. Interestingly, the membership of these groups is extremely poor because the true collectors can see her for what she is. An angry human being who is h*** bent on ruining people's good names. Revenge is not a good look.A "*****" in the truest sense of the word.We will all continue to support Majesty Glass because of the incredible product, service, and most importantly - STRONG INTEGRITY.

    Many ornaments purchased from Majesty Glass. The collaboration of Majesty Glass and Glass Passion ornaments I purchased all. I could not have asked for a better customer Service! My orders are ALWAYS on time. Owners of both companies are amazing! I will Never purchase from anyone else.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
