      On 08/24/2020 I called the Flexogenix clinic to ask about costs under my new insurance. I had been to the clinic before and was given costs under a different insurance provider. I was told I would need to do another consultation but would still be free with different insurance and enough time had past. I saw a Docter (?) by name of ****** ****** She examined me and asked about my previous visit. She became visibly frustrated and hurried me through a half explanation of my situation. Upon leaving I ask the billing receptionist about chargers and she said none due to being a free consultation. Now two years later I am still receiving a bill for ******* I have called the clinic several times over the last year and a half with no resolution.

After reviewing your account, we have concluded that we will write off ******* for the office visit since you were told that the consultation is free.
