These people were recommended by a friend. ***** showed up and brought a professional looking sample book and had a 501 Coatings TShirt on. We discussed colors and styles. We agreed to pay him for the labor and we'd buy the products needed. It was clear I wanted metallics in my floor. ***** swore he could do my two barbershops in two days. I paid workers to help put all my furniture in storage. I rented two trucks for this. ***** showed up two hours late. Then he said he would need an extra day if I wanted metalics. I had to pay for another day of storage. ***** gave me a list of what to buy. It cost me another $2500.Ben showed up another hour later. I was forced to go for the Rustic look. I was barely ok with that because that shop is located in an artsy area. Then ***** said he'd require an extra $500 to put in the metalics in the second shop. I paid him $3000.I felt like I was backed into a corner. I had already spent all that money. I don't know anything about epoxy. I trusted them. *** was wearing his 501 Coatings TShirt. He explained that he's the owner and ***** is his business partner. *** began to grind the floor. I was told that it would be grinded flat and all the cracks and old paint would be gone. I asked them to keep a few of the holes for aesthetics. They sent me to buy floor paint. I was gone for less than an hour. By the time I got back, they had already laid the clear down. I was upset but I trusted the process. I started watching videos and decided to add my own touch. I added my logo and a border around it before they laid down the last coat of clear. My floor looks like a mess! I could have done that work myself. My second shop has the metallic swirl but they left hair and bubbles everywhere. I paid ******************* before the work was done. I thought I was helping him out. I didn't get a receipt. ***** is nowhere to be found and *** has been attacking my business reviews in retaliation. All I wanted was a receipt.
