    On August 1st 2022 I ordered a paid for a pair of shoes , on the 12th of August 2022 I was informed that shipping label for **** had been made ... That was a Friday ... *****************************************************************************************. By the 16th of August 2022 my order still was ************** and hadn't been shipped , I was then told it would be shipped immediately , i checked the morning of August 17th 2022 , and nothing had changed .... I then requested a refund , I was told that they immediately refunded my purchase price to the credit card I used ... I still have not received the refund ...

    1st and foremost this is horrible business practices ... For day's they would not reply , then when they did they assured me my order was on it's way ... While it sat for days ..
    It may cost a bit more but ******** will provide custom service on their site and they are a reputable and trustworthy company ....
    ...
    I am saddened because I really wanted these shoe to make a important point in my life ... And they were so ready to say they would just refund my money I have to wonder if they even actually made the shoes ....
    I hope they are honest and respectful enough to at some point get my money back to me ....

    We replied to the client within 24 hours if not the same day offering to look further into the matter. The same day we responded the client asked for a refund and we agreed per the clients request. Attached is proof of the refund that was processed.

    The purpose of my compliant was to voice the conduct of them saying that my package was shipped when in fact it sat in*********** ( where the business is ) for 5 or more days ... And the refund was so rapid that I find myself wondering if they actually even created the product ... You would think being a custom project that it would not be able to be sold to someone else ... So you would think they would offer some other remedy then rapid refund ...

    Just me I would have asked if I was sure I wanyed to cancel the order seeing how it was specific to the customer , or even offer a slight discount for the inconvenience ...

    ( I had paid extra for expedited delivery )

    Bad service all the one around and I just wanted other customers to have the knowledge I didn't before placing a order ...

    All orders are custom made and a label was Created for the client as the order was to be processed over the weekend. It came to our attention that the order was taking longer than expected when the client emailed and our customer service was ready to look into the matter and resolve it. Unfortunately the client asked for a refund before we could solve the problem.
    "So ... Please advise me what steps I need to take to optain a refund"- Client. We're sorry the client was not happy with their service and per their request a refund was issued.
