    We paid ***************************** $5,000 up front for our wedding in October 2021. Issues began right after, no communication, not responding to calls, texts or emails for months. When he does respond, it's only excuses. Over a year and a half later, we are still waiting for our video and album. Hiring him has been a horrible and stressful experience. I have found several other couples on yelp who have had the same terrible experience. We intend to pursue legal action to get what we paid for.

    Josh was our ******* photographer. Due to illness in the family our we originally were delayed getting our ******* album and prints. Then he has not answered emails and promised he will make time for the last 5 years. I have told him numerous times to call me so that we can get our albums. He has no intention of delivering the product we paid for and has not lived up to his contract. If he will not finish the job I would like the digital prints of our ******* and a full refund.
