    If I could give them no stars I would. Lied about working for California government officially, ignored my no soliciting sign and trespassed, lied about everything, completely dishonest. I was very unhappy they were super pushy and wouldn't leave.

    California Efficiency Group did a great job helping me establish healthier lifestyle for me and my family. I installed a whole home water filtration softener and a reverse osmosis water drinking system. My *** ***** *. did a great job with his presentation. He was professional, direct, and made the entire process very simple. The install went through perfectly, and our *** & the company did a great job answering all my questions throughout the process.

    Go ***** AIR and CEC for your filtration. They helped Me get clean water and has so many benefits. If you can afford it DO IT !

    A representative of this business came to our door (after being turned away earlier in the year) and used strenuous sales tactics that misrepresented the businesses connections to local gov't, and their purpose for "free testing" of our water. The salesperson asked whether they should remove their shoes or not when they entered our home (having NEVER been given permission to enter!). Regardless of whether the product they are selling is legit, this sales tactic is out of line and intrusive/presumptuous and unnecessarily pressuring. When we expressed our disinterest the sales tactics continued (using fear and guilt-ridden language - "don't you want clean water?" "don't you care about your health?"). In that moment we wanted the salesperson off our property so we declined more strenuously and closed the door. Upon thinking about it we should have asked to be removed from their solicitation list. So I went outside to find the a few houses down, told him our address, and asked to be removed from their solicitation list. The salesperson said that was not in their power to do; repeating this ad nauseam in my face when I asked why they had the power to solicit but not to mark a house for removal from future solicitation. This puts extra burden on their solicitation targets to do more work, and to get in touch with the business in other ways. When calling their official phone line asking to be removed from their solicitation list we could not be given a guarantee that this would happen - only took notes on my complaint and said someone would be in touch. I should not have to give out additional information to be taken off a solicitation list. This reeks of predatory sales tactics.
