    June 2023 Red Lilly Plumbing completed partial work related to moving a washer/dryer set from the kitchen to the garage. We agreed work in the kitchen would be completed first and the washer/dryer move would be later, at my convenience. That is I paid $8583.22 where a bulk of the work was related to setting up and connecting a washer/dryer to my septic tank. When I contacted Red Lilly to complete the work; I was passed off to a related Red Lilly contractor who said he would complete it for Red Lilly. ******* agreed to this. Unfortunately, the work took several trips and was never to code, as I later found out. I hired a second unrelated contractor to review and repair Red Lilly's work. Unfortunately, the work Red Lilly did to attach cold water to the washer, was connected after the house shut off valve. And there is a bigger issue where the septic code hook up is not to code. I spoke with ******* and we agreed to meet twice for an on-site inspection to review the work issues. Unfortunately, ******* never showed. I tried emailing Red Lilly but their gmail address is no longer valid. I am now in the position where I have to pay for the work to be completed. I have paid approximately $200 in rework. That is I hoped Red Lilly would repair their work but now I expect another $600+ to bring their work to code and want to be compensated for the re-work.

    After the original work was completed on 6-14-24 , the client requested us back out on 8-27-24 and our service technician  Ozzy was out for the remaining work and our tech was not an outside contractor. Our technician ******* did try and meet with the client and was told to leave the property. 

    The work was completed and the invoice was paid in full. The owner of Red Lilly Plumbing would like to visit the property with the client on site to review all work and resolve issues . The client can contact us at ************************************** or at ************ anytime, our email has been in good working order for more than 10 years, we also have checked our records and have not received any emails from the clients email we have on file.
