    I paid Oncall Legal to serve court documents to a business I am taking to court. I was told they were not able to contact the process server who was assigned my case. After countless emails and phones calls I was told the process server was finally able to serve the business. I took the Proof of service to the court, and the court is not accepting the proof of service due to invalid signature. I called and spoke with ***** who said the court can use the proof of service. I am at the court house and they stated the proof of service must have a wet signature with a ink pen or the process server has to write file by fax. ***** did not want to listen to my concerns or provide me with a new document My court was postponed due to thus business and there unethical practice. If I do not receive proper documentation my court date will be thrown out and I will have to refile. This company should be aware of the necessary information that should of been on the original proof of service which I was told I can not receive. The clerk at the court house made it clear that the person who served the documentation has to write "file by fax" not me.
