    I have been in communication with flagstaff via email. I was inquiring about a loan. I was told that they work with private lenders for people with poor credit. I was also told I was approved for a ***** dollar loan and that I had to pay a collateral fee of ******. I sent all information needed to finalize on the loan. This took place 9/08/23. I was told the funds would be in my account that same day. I never received the funds. I called that following monday and talked to a lady named *********************** and she told me that it was a problem with my credit score and I would have to pay an additional ******. She offered me a refund and said it would take ***** business days to get my money back. I have called, left several voice-mails and haven't heard from her since. I tried calling today and the number and website no longer operate. I need my ****** back! I sent it via money gram. I believe I was scammed. I still have a copy of the receipt.

    Date the 09/30/23 *********** had contacted me. Because I had did a loan application online. They explained to me that they would be able to get me a loan for ******** and all I needed was. $585 and they would send me the money for the loan they then told me i would have the money with in two hours of the payment . When ever you try and contact the person that is dealing with when it comes to the loan or anyone no answers the phone it takes them days to call u back. When asked for a refund they tell u that i will be 25 to 30 days to get you money back
