    Around the early months of the year... March or April to be exact.. I received a notice from Westwood Books that they had gone bankrupt and therefore were changing staff and management, contacts and name of the Company. Westwood Books had published my book .... The Mystery of the Gospel; Revealing the First Century Truths About The Kingdom Of God in late 2020.... and it had been on Amazon since. So now.... I do not wish to continue selling my book on Amazon nor any other affiliated retail outlets which the above mentioned Publisher may have placed it on due to personal reasons. I have been trying without success to reach any representative of the said publishing company for them to inform Amazon of my wish, will and desire to remove my title from the site.... it has been virtually impossible and very frustrating as I have not been able to get hold of anyone. I have also tried asking Amazon directly to remove the title but it has not been successful... and seems the Publisher would have better success.... So what I'm asking is assistance in getting hold of anyone within the company or the new company who can assist me with this issue.... I would greatly appreciate any information leading to this resolution.... Thank you..

    I published my book with Westwood Books Publishing in 2023. I was brutally scammed and lost lots of money. They promise the success of a book and collect as much money as possible. They call 20 times a day until they take money from you, and will not respond to your emails and phone when its time to provide the promised services for which they collected the money in advance. They overcharged me above and beyond for the printing and launching of my book in the online market. However several other services listed with BW Oak Package were not provided. I made these payments towards the printing project: 2019- $3599 4/18/23 Full-Color Oak Package-$500 4/28/23 Hard Book Availability $500 4/27/23 Resubmission Fee $250 01/25/23 Amazon Title Express $7999 $600 -01/31/2023 Book Trailor $8401 -01/14/2023 Traditional Publishing Campaign $500 -04/28/2023- US copyright registration $3500 - 05/17/2023- Printers Row & 2023 Miami Book signing $1000 -11/27/2023- 12 ****************** Campaign $197001/26/2024Barnes & Noble book campaign $3000-04/21/2024 I filed the fraud disputes and collected part of the money. But still, I am at a loss of about half.Informed me on 3/13/24 that Westwood Books Publishing will close. The sales manager offered to republish my book under Boundless Script Ventures with their new company. I fell into the trap again and invested $3000 to help republish my book.If they have been out of business since March 2024, why is their web page still alive and selling my book? But deactivated my author's web page.Interestingly, my book is listed for sale at Westwood Books Publishing and Boundless Script Ventures. Who is earning the royalty for selling my books and paying sellers like Amazon their sales contribution? I have not been paid anything for the last 2 quarters. This situation is a major fraud against authors, hoarding money from them directly with false promises for services not provided, and keeping sales proceeds to themselves.

    West ***** Publisher failed to pay me royalties on a book I wrote and that they published . I paid for transfer of files to a new company that does not exist and I paid for editing services that never happened . My book is nor being sold in numerous sites without my consent and with no royalties for me . I need them to stop selling my book as it is sole property of me as a writer . There is no way to communicate with them as they disconnected e mails and refuse to answer calls . My book title is The Magical Sofrito by *************************** ****** . It is a total scam

    About a year ago I was contacted by Westwood Books Publishing. **** talked me into letting them publish my book. They did the cover, eventually sent the final draft with their ghost name on the pages. The frustration is that they did not go ahead and finish print the book. All the work has been done but I have no book. I have many potential purchasers just waiting to read, The Smiths of ********** Valley. The work they have done is good and would have sold very well. The book was published here in ********** serialized in the local seniors' paper plus I have a large ***** family and a whole town in ****** that will be interested in the book. I'm not in this to make money - this is a history of 5 generations of my family. I am 86 years old and would like to see this as a soft-cover book while I'm still on this earth.

    I am a first-time writer and I bought into Westwood Publishing LLC its sales pitch for my manuscript never did they once tell me that Amazon has a page count of a specific number of pages. I proceeded to do my copy editing, and the number of pages exceeded Amazon's page count, I wasn't informed until I finished the last copy editing. I also contacted **************** and found out that they charge by quarter and the largest advertisement was one full page for $1,00.00 and the lesser the page the lesser the amount charged. West Book LLC changed me over $4,000.00 for one quarter of the advertisement, and a larger page of adverstaiment.     Westwood Books Publishing was paid $600 in June, 2023 to prepare and issue two press releases for two books I had published by it. Westwood finally sent me two final drafts of the press releases but refuses to issue them.

He was never satisfied with the press release created and decided to create something on his own. It is clear that the service has been fulfilled and this was clearly explained to him through phone and email.

    Taken over the phone by a BBB operator, was charged $270 from her debit card to publish her book. She has not received anything and has not been able to get in contact with them for the past week. She would like a refund and no further charges be made.She would like to be contacted by the business ONLY by phone.

    I am sick and tired of "***********************" sending me emails after I've asked for the past year or two to stop emailing me. This person, seemingly on the best of Westwood Book Publishing, continues to email me the exact same template email and will not stop!
