    My husband and I have been working with Yardsworth to sell a portion of our backyard and the process has been great.**** is incredibly transparent and genuine and the company was able to offer us 6 figures for part of our yard. I know when we started talking to them they didnt have a lot of online feedback so hopefully this can be helpful and provide some guidance for anyone who is thinking about working with them.

    I would like to take a few moments to share my Yardsworth experience. I am 63 years young and I was searching the internet to find ways to use home equity to do a few Home Improvements. I reached out to **** at Yardsworth. I recieved a significant estimate regarding a portion of my backyard with the hour. To my surprise, **** was available to meet me at my home to explain the program and clearly breakdown the process. The was no sales tactics to close the deal, the a conversation between two people sharing formation. This was December 2023, I contacted **** to move forward January 2024 to finalize agreement. **** returned to my home, to re-affirm that ll my questions were answered. The process began. I was introduced to *** and each time I sent emails or called communication was amazing. I recieved a sizable down payment from Yardsworth and the process is continuing as planned. I will share part 2 after completion. Thanks to **** and *** who consistently keep me updated each step of the way. I would recommend you have that conversation to see if this option is best for you.

    The prior review is questionable as I received a letter from ****** M by mail requesting a meeting. When I checked the Yardsworth website, he's listed as an employee. So the reviewer has an affiliation with Yardsworth? Doesn't sound kosher to me.E *****

    Thanks for leaving this review and sharing your concern.  We go to work every day to make a positive impact in our communities and to help our customers, so we really value your feedback.  I know we emailed about this after your review as well, but we want to be 100% transparent for everyone reading: the prior review that you're asking about was in fact from a customer who signed up with us at the end of 2023.  Then, a month or two later, he ended up interviewing for a sales job with us and we hired him to join the Yardsworth team in 2024.  So I completely understand the confusion!  Yes, he was a customer, and then, yes, he became an employee.  We couldn't be happier to have him as part of our team - he understands the customers' questions and concerns (because he was a customer), he researched every aspect of the product, has been through the process, and experienced the benefits.  Plus he's just a great person - we really lucked out by having him join our team.  I hope you have the chance to work with ****** on your transaction in the future - he'll answer all your questions, perhaps even some of the ones you haven't thought of yet - and take great care of you along the way.  Thank you!

    2023 hit me hard financially lost my job and wasn't making nearly as much as I used to. I really needed to tap into my home's equity but didn't want to pile on more debt. They buy a piece of your backyard and give you a big, tax-free payout. It sounded a bit wild at first, selling part of my yard and all, but I went for it.And let me tell you, it was a game-changer. This deal with Yardsworth put me back in control of my finances. With that cash, I've started investing and even upgrading my house. The best part? I still get to live in my home and enjoy the low interest rate from when I first bought it. I'm super thankful for Yardsworth they came through when I really needed it. Definitely a unique and helpful option for anyone in a similar spot.
