I hired Blackstone remodeling to replace the roof on my house back in April 2023. We had a bad rain storm August 21st and the roof is leaking in 3 places. They are suppose to come and fix the leaks, but nothing has been scheduled yet. They quoted me $18,550.00and then came back and said they needed an additional $5,000 due to mis-measurement which I paid in good faith against my better judgement. There is water coming in between the awning and the roof due to flashing issues which was told to the owner of Blackstone when he came out to give me a quote. The flashing should have been addressed when the roof was replaced as we have had this issue with the old roof. A new roof should not leak after 1 rainstorm. I would like it replaced properly or my money back to find a roofer that will actually do the job properly.

Hi ****** and I have resolved this small matter and have no issues. There was a small repair needed which was taken care of promptly. She is happy with us and we have a good relationship.
