    Fernish is the worst subscription service I have ever used. I have a couch of theirs and I have been contacting them for over 2 weeks now to retrieve their couch because I am moving to an area that Fernish does not pickup/dropoff from. They respond every 4-5 days after I send numerous emails and they never address the issue. I now leave in 8 days and they still have not scheduled a pickup time with me. They continuously say that they dont have enough agents to handle emails. If your company doesnt have enough agents to respond to emails sent 5+ days ago, you should probably shut down your company. Not to mention that they closed down the live-phone support so the only way you can contact them is through email and Instagram, which they seldomly respond through as well.
