    I took two exams back around May 2022. Natural sciences and biology. I took them as part of my 30 credits and above raise for the **** I selected myself as the institution so I would be sent the transcripts. That makes it easier to turn the documentation into the department of education to secure my raise. All I need are the two transcripts (along with other credits not from clep) to get it approved. I have no need for extra transcripts. Just the one set I was supposed to get. I waited the appropriate amount of time to receive the transcripts. I called them and they said they were sent out. I explained I never received them. They said theyd send them again. I received two copies of only the natural sciences transcript. I never received the one for my biology exam. I called again. Every time I spoke to someone, about 3 times, I was promised it was escalated and Id get another sent. *** received emails saying I have to pay or its been sent. Still not receiving it. Its been almost a year and every time I call and ask for a supervisor they try to get me off the phone and say someone will contact me but its always the same. Ive been on hold for over an hour multiple times waiting and they never connect me. There doesnt seem anyone who can help besides the call center not even in the same country as Im in. Its impossible to get in touch with the ny based staff who can actually listen to my problem and physically push the buttons to send me my transcript. I paid for a transcript to be sent to me and I never received it. They keep saying they sent it but I dont have it. I spoke to agent ID: ******* ****. Still waiting for my transcript.
