    On July 7, 2022 we purchased a trial membership for one dollar this same day. We canceled the membership because he could not find any data that we needed that would benefit us.. they have continued to bill us, not once, but twice monthly since July I have gone to my bank, stopped my card, and this company has not contacted me back in any way, shape or form and they continue to bill us. I am seeking the refund of $264 and I'm trying to contact somebody who is going to return my phone calls.

    On 9/16/2022 I went to this website and did ONE VIN search for the car I purchased. Per their website, it is $1 for just one search. They took out the $1.00 but also took out $24.95 the same day. I have emailed and called several times. I have received emails back stating they are refunding my card and it should take 3-5 business days. The last time they even responded to my email stating this information was 9/22/2022. I email them every day asking for a refund with no response other than an automated email asking for my name, email address and the last 4 digits of my card. I send them this information every day as well. When I call the number listed on their website, a 3rd party answers for them and just takes a message and sends to them. I feel like I have given enough time for them to return my money. The $24.95 was taken out without my permission as all I selected was the $1.00 option to run 1 VIN number.
