    My wife and I were wrongfully towed at the same time by Western Towing from *********************** *****************************************************************. *********************** uses Allied Universal as their security company. We have photos proving we were parked in 24hr guest parking. There were no signs stating otherwise or warning against towing at the owners expense anywhere in the parking lot or where we parked specifically. We were told by residents of the building that all visitor parking was considered overflow for the residents and that unauthorized parking was clearly marked in specified locations (clearly marked in red with 'resident only' parking signs). We did not park in the clearly marked 'no-parking' spaces. The residents assumption was incorrect as we were towed from spaces we understood were '24hr Visitor Parking'. We were towed within 2 hours into our 24hr parking limit. We were forced to pay approximately $700 to release both vehicles when from Western Towing's lot. We received an additional $100 'holiday gate fee', approximately $900 total. In addition, we had to purchase a $30 Uber ride to Western Towing from Del Rio apartment complex. We received no written authorization on one vehicle although the invoice stated we did, which we signed in order to the release it. The received tow authorization for the other vehicle states 'no permit' but we would not have needed in visitor parking. It states we were parked a reserved space which is false. We have noticed through our research that Western Towing has performed this scam with Allied Universal and other security companies in the past utilizing the security services to identify towable vehicles in the ********* area. They have also repeatably failed to provide adequate documentation and authorization of tows in the past that have resulted in numerous lost suits. I am not entirely sure how to proceed and would like some advice as to how to receive compensation. Thanks in advance.

    BOUGHT OVER ****** $3450 IN AGREEMENT THAT THE JEWELRY WAS PROMISED TO BE REAL GOLD, DIAMONDS, AND STERLING SILVER. THE OWNER GAVE ME A DEAL THAT I COULDNT OF RESISTED WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CASH PAY ONLY. I WENT TO CLOSES ATM AT THE TIME WHICH ALSO IS LOCATED IN THE SHOPPING MALL. CLOSE TO CLOSING HOURS OF OPERATION OWNER TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE SETTING AND DID NOT PROVIDE RECEIPT FOR EACH ITEM. I TOOK THE JEWELRY TO A LOCAL PAWN SHOP AND HAD IT TESTED. THE RESULTS READING NEGATIVE.

    I CAME BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY NOVEMBER07,2022 THE OWNER WAS NOT THERE AND CAHIER GAVE HIM A CALL. I SPOKE TO HIM OVER THE PHONE WITH THE CASHIERS***** CELL PHONE. HE PROMISED FULL REFUND CASH GURANTEED NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE FEES. I SAID NO I WANT MY MONEY ASAP I HAD A FLIGHT TO CATCH I WAS NOT GOING TO BE AVAILABLE UNTILL XX-XX-XXXX AND HE REFUSED TO RETURN MY MONEY AND HUNG UP. THAT WEEKED HE SAID HE WILL BE AVAILABLE. I CALLED BEFOR I WENT TO THE MALL AND HE SAID HE WAS IN THE MALL WHEN ARRIVING HIS WITH SAID THAT HE IS NOT IN UNTIL SUNDAY.
    NOVEMBER12/2022 REPORTED INCIDENT TO SECURITY MALL ALLIED UNIVERSAL HAD ME WRITE STATEMENT ON 3"X3" STICKYNOTE.. I FOLLOWED HIS ADVISE ON CONTINUING TO REASON WITH THE JEWERLY OWNER WIFE. SHE OFFERED TO EXCHANGE AND I REFUSED BECAUSE ALL OF THEIR JEWELRY IS FAKE AND ARE SELLING FAKE JEWELRY ((PENAL CODE 350)). OWNER SAID TO COME IN SUNDAY
    NOVEMBER13,2022 OWNER OF *********** LIED AND CLAIMED TO BE THREATEN BY MY ME.***** NEXT TO MIM JEWERLY SELLING GLASSES LIED AND ALSO CLAIMED TO BE THREATENED
    ALLIED UNIVERSAL EMPLOYEE ******* ******* ASSISTANTE ACCOUNT MANAGER AND ACCOUNT MANAGER ***** *********** HAD MY KIDS WIFE AND I REMOVED AND BANNED FROM PROPERTY AFTER GIVING HER PROOF OF PURCHASE. I ASKED FOR THEM TO REVIEW SURVEILANCE , DENIED MY REQUEST.

    I was terminated from my job on 6/23/22. I file for my unemployment and my unemployment was denied because someone at the company (Allied) stated I quit. Never quit my job. I have proof I received a final write up. I was suspended on 6/17/22, I returned to work on 6/23/22 and was given my last check and was told to return my uniforms. Thats called being fired!!!!
