    Truly terrible experience and service. I signed up and purchased a pickup and dropoff laundry service. They require an 8am - 4pm pickup window, which is pretty big but I wasn't going to complain. But they sent no communication on the day of service confirming that they were actually coming to pickup. So, when 2:30 comes around and I've still heard nothing. I start calling. They never pickup the phone. So I email them. Around 3:30 I get an email back saying the driver will eventually come. I respond, letting them know that I cannot wait around all night (a Friday night) for them to pickup my laundry. They don't respond. I get a text message after 6pm from the driver saying he's there. I have already left the house where I had been inconveniently stuck all day, waiting for a pickup that never took place. When I emailed again to complain about this breach of contract, and inquired if they would try to do anything to make it right -- I waited around all day AND now I don't have clean clothes the following day, which I was counting on -- they were snarky and basically said, "We came, you weren't there, not our problem." So, wanted to make sure anyone else considering using this company does not. There are comparably priced services, both local Laundromats and national fluff-and-fold services/apps, that offer just 2-hour pickup and dropoff services, then text you hours ahead of time to give you a 30 minute window, then actually show up and complete the job. I used Rinse, and I recommend it.
