I had received an email from whom I thought was from ******** and it was an offer for an emergency kit that had medical supplies for anything like falls, etc. After I paid for just the taxes on this as I was instructed to do I received a message on my cashapp account revealing the name of the company which was classy haven sewing boutique. I was very confused that this was the name of the company. This company took out the ***** for this product and then the following day I found that they had also taken out ***** which I had not approved nor did I know what this was for. When I called cashapp I put a dispute in to have both of these charges returned to me but they denied it. Also when I looked up this company I could not find their website or any information on it so I reached out to my daughter and she was able to locate it. I called the phone number provided but as soon as I did it immediately disconnected. Also I emailed the email address they provided for support and no one has gotten back to me in the last 4 days. Just now I put the name of the company and the location in your search bar to find a company and it was unfound. I would like to know what I can do now to get my money back. This seems very fishy and as it is a scammer/scam.
