    I booked an airbnb with Stay Gia 7 months in advance for a *********************** concert. I did this to ensure I would have a place to stay as places book up very quickly when there is a concert. I started to get concerned when I requested to add an additional day to my stay in December with no response from Stay Gia, I ended up forgetting about it until a little over a week before the start of our stay, I got an email from airbnb that I would need to pay for the full reservation soon (airbnb lets you pay for a small amount upfront and they charge you the rest closer to the start of your stay). That prompted me to look at my reservation again and realized I needed to add a 3rd person to the stay, I requested that change and again NO RESPONSE FROM STAY GIA. After a couple days I was very worried, I messaged them a couple times with no response. I looked back at the messages from when I originally booked in November and saw that Stay Gia had sent me a link to use to find check in instructions. I clicked that, entered my information and it said NO RESERVATION FOUND. This was when I really started freaking out because 1 week away from the *********************** concert means there would be no where else to stay remotely close for a decent price. I found Stay Gia's phone number and texted, FINALLY they got back to me and said that they regret to inform me that they have to cancel my reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. They then asked me to cancel the reservation because if they cancel it on their end they would pay a hefty fee from airbnb. I told them they needed to cancel it on their end and they should pay the fee because now my weekend is ruined and there isn't another place to stay within my budget! THEY GHOSTED ME. I got in contact with airbnb support so I did get a refund but nothing else to cover a hotel that I had to book last minute for 2x the price (it's also further away & I have to pay for parking). SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME & WORRIES, DO NOT BOOK WITH STAY GIA!

    Stay Gia rents apartments units in our building to rent out for short term vacation rentals. They do not pay rent and we can not get through to a legitimate employee to reconcile this matter. They have rented 9 units from us and are not paying rent. Do not work with them!

    DO NOT STAY HERE!! This was the worst experience I have ever had by far!! I traveled 10 hours to ********, ** for a wedding that I eventually missed because of this place! I booked a 6 night stay and on our 3rd day here, WE GOT LOCKED OUT of our room for no apparent reason with all of our stuff locked inside. The doors are code locks so that is the only way to get in. **************** can only be contacted by phone or email. The only reasoning that customer service could give me for the code not working was that the homeowner must have illegally changed it. **************** also sent me paperwork showing that they had went to court THE PREVIOUS DAY for an eviction that had to do with owing money on this apartment!! I was then told that they would see about getting a locksmith to come out. No one called me back for over an hour while I was assuming a locksmith was on his way. I called customer service back and was told "you can call a locksmith." She then told me to send a copy of the receipt to them. I ended up paying $260 out of my own pocket for the locksmith which was never reimbursed!! **************** didn't have a care in the world for what was going on with us! They said the property manager was on the way and he didn't show up for 3 hours. He took a look at the door and said "I'll fix this" and left. NEVER CAME BACK. Me and my family had to pack up all of our stuff and find a new place to stay at 10pm that night.

    The apartment was disgustingly dirty. I called and sent pics and they sent someone to clean but all they did was change the stained pillow case. Also, someone had the code and walked in our apartment as we were standing there. Though I talked to them several times and sent about 14 pictures of the dirt, they didnt remedy the situation. When I asked for a significant refund they said the place was clean it just didnt meet my standards and here is $50 and that I should have left if I didnt like it. By far worst place I have ever stayed in all my travels.

    WARNING- THESE ACCOMMODATIONS ARE NOT SAFE! Buyer beware!
    Where do I begin. We had to cut our one week stay short BY 3 nights because of the conditions our apartment was in. None of the Windows would lock, and the neighborhood was not in the best area which we didn’t know. The pictures are doctored and photoshopped to look like glamor shits compared to what the place actually looks like. The filth, was on another level. The floors, the wall, doors but the worst was the Black mold in one of the bathrooms and the shower would loudly drip the entire time and it would splash all over the toilet and floor leaving a musty wet environment the whole stay. We just never used the bathroom since it was so gross.
    The Wi-Fi went out for over 20+ hours so I couldn’t work remote and I needed a secure network for my job so a coffee house Wi-Fi couldn’t do the trick. I spent the whole day driving to different hotel lobby’s to try and use their Wi-Fi, ended up using a vacation day from work because I couldn’t get online. Now my professional career is being affected. I am here for work and for my daughters school tours and when we reached out to StayGia they finally fixed the Wi-Fi but failed to address the safety and filth issues. I am traveling with a 4month old and a 3 year old and for our windows not to lock and the neighbors loudly swearing and arguing outside of our window the majority of the night was more than terrifying. I Spent the last night there calming her down. We waited for StayGia to help us with the issues and they went radio silent. We left and slept in our rental car in a parking lot in a better neighborhood because we just did not feel safe there. Unacceptable.
    DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Overpriced and they do not help you once they get your money
    I will be disputing this with my credit card company

    doing business with stay Gia in a professional and adult way is impossible, (there are 2 boys playing investors) without bbb credentials and a huge number of guest complaints, they simply think they can outsmart and not pay for an invoice for services provided, " and I have evidence about each of them "please look at their reviews before renting or doing business with them ...
