    On May 10, 2023 I performed an interpreting service for Green Translations. On May 12, 2023, I invoiced them per the contract we signed. I have not received payment. Their phone is disconnected and they do not respond to my emails.

    As an independent contractor, I value professionalism and timely communication. I fulfilled my obligations by providing high-quality sign language interpretation services to Green Language Translations on the specified date April 27. I have attached a copy of the invoice for your reference, which clearly outlines the details of the services rendered, along with the agreed-upon payment terms.It is with great disappointment and concern that I have not received payment for the aforementioned services, despite the payment being significantly overdue. This lack of response and delayed payment has placed a significant financial burden on me and has disrupted my ability to manage my personal and professional responsibilities.I must insist on immediate attention to this matter. I request that you remit payment for the outstanding amount of $427.50 within three business days from the receipt of this letter. Failure to do so will leave me with no alternative but to pursue legal action to recover the payment owed, along with any additional costs, interest, and legal fees that *** be incurred.I genuinely believe in finding amicable solutions and maintaining positive working relationships. Therefore, I strongly urge you to rectify this matter promptly and honor your financial obligations. I am open to discussing any concerns or issues that *** have arisen from my services, but I cannot continue to provide further assistance until this payment matter is resolved.Please provide written confirmation of your intention to settle this payment issue within the specified timeframe. You can reach me directly at ************ or via email at ************************ I trust that you understand the urgency and seriousness of this matter and will take immediate action to resolve it.The company sent me an email on Aug 17 in response to this stating that they have released my funds however I have not received the funds or payment for my services.
